Her birthday celebrations have seemingly gone on for almost a week.

But supermodel Lily Aldridge doesn't seem to be done yet, as she posted a new birthday-themed photo on Instagram on Thursday.

The newly 30-year-old beauty is pictured with friends Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid.

When the song was over, Lily then blew out all her candles to uproarious applause.

For the informal occasion, the birthday girl went casual, opting for a simple white tee shirt and black pants.

Lily's birthday was actually back on November 15th, and she has been celebrating in different ways ever since.

On the actual special day, she decided to spend it with her daughter, 3-year-old Dixie Pearl Followill, apparently at Disney World.

She also posted an adorable black and white snap of her wearing Minnie Mouse ears with Dixie dressed as a princess.

She captioned that one: 'Can't think of a better way to spend my birthday than with my Best Friend at DisneyWorld #PrincessDixie #ThankYouForBirthdayWishes #Blessed #HappyMommy'

The next day, she Instagrammed a picture of herself drinking an Avocado Margarita with the hashtag 'birthdaymargarita.'

Meanwhile, her career has also been experiencing an upswing.

Lily had the honour of wearing the ostentatious Fireworks Fantasy Bra for her very first time during the Victoria's Secret Fashion show.

This year's edition of the bra was designed by jewelers, Mouawad, and made to look like the colourful explosions in the sky as it was adorned with more than 6,500 precious gems.

The bra took more than 685 hours of labor to create, and features 14 different gems - including red garnet, blue topaz, yellow sapphire, and pink quartz - which are all set in 18 karat gold.
