Jonathan Cheban has gotten back together with his ex, Anat Popvsky.

The best friend of Kim Kardashian was seen holding the 27-year-old beauty's hand in New York City on Wednesday.

A source tells DailyMail.com the two reunited three weeks ago. 'He missed her and wanted to give the relationship another try,' said the pal. 'They have so much in common and an undeniable chemistry that it was inevitable.'

The exes reconnected during a date at the Sugar Factory in New York City in October.

'They realized that they wanted to give it another shot. It was easy,' said the friend.

'They will be spending a lot of time together in the next few weeks. They're both going to Miami for Art Basel. They're excited about spending the holidays together. They have it all planned out.'

This comes on the heels of the 41-year-old KUWTK star revealing he's relaunching The Dishh as a lifestyle website with a focus on restaurants. He is also in talks for a new TV show that will be like the popular 1980s series The Lifestyle Of The Rich And Famous.

'I am going to be the modern-day Robin Leach,' the New Jersey native told DailyMail.com. 'I am an authority on the best restaurants and I want to bring that to the masses.'

The personable TV fixture also gave an update on the Kardashian clan, who he said it 'like family' and will be included in his new ventures.

He began with Kourtney, 36, who has been showing off her toned figure and new attitude since her summer split from partner of nine years, Scott Disick.

'She is doing so great, better than ever,' the tastemaker said. 'She is revived, she is a fountain of youth these days with so much energy. She is always smiling, it's really nice to see. She is like the old Kourtney, she has it back, that vibrancy, that youthfulness.'

But no name has been decided, added Cheban. 'I gave her my list of suggested names, but she shot me down very fast, like lightening, none of them stuck with her. And no, the name Jonathan is not being considered,' he added with a laugh.

'She is the best, number one, I have to say she's great to hang out with and we always laugh together so much. We just get along so well, we click. And she likes to go out and try new places, so it's easy for us to hang out.'

But Khloe is all about exercise these days. 'She's a workoutaholic. So for my site, I will ask her about the best places to exercise. I don't even know what she is eating these days. But I will find out. Whatever it is, it's working. She looks better than ever. Her body is even more impressive in person.'

Even North West will be a part of his new site.

'That kid is a fashionista and eats at all the best places. I will find a way to work her in, because she is just the cutest. So is Reign. But I won't write up baby stores and family friendly restaurants,' he added.

And the 66-year-old would be a good fit for The Dishh. 'She could take me around Malibu and show me all the hot places. I don't really know where she goes out to eat though or what she likes.'

He also noted that the Kardashians are 'like family to me.'

As far as the type of non-Kardashian celebrities he would love to have on his show, he said people he already knows, like Kelly Osbourne ('We eat out all the time'), Chrissy Teigen ('She loves to eat well') and Jennifer Lopez ('Honestly, I don't really know her but I joined her for dinner once years ago and loved her').

'Nobu Matsuhisa, that is who I want, he is like as big as Tom Cruise to me,' said the former flack. 'He is a master at what he does. I went 15 years eating his food and not knowing him. When I met him I was kind of star struck. I would want to talk to him more.'

As far as transitioning The Dishh from celebrity news to lifestyle site, Cheban said he has a 'passion' for his new course of action.

'I'm such an authority on where to go, where to eat, what places have a great vibe and the best food, that it's just a natural fit,' he said.

'Kim will always ask me, where do we go now? What's the best place? She knows I know. I am always in Beverly Hills, Calabasas, New York and Miami. And I always try new places.'

As far as becoming a standard lifestyle website, forget it.

'There will be no recipes, no talking bout Paprika. I eat out every single night, I don't cook. I don't even know anyone who cooks anymore. This will be about where to go,' he said.

Some of his favorite places also happen to be the most expensive.

'I love Nobu in Malibu, they just get it right, from the food to the waves crashing up near the patio to the people who go there. All incredible. I actually feel guilty that I get to experience this incredible food and other people don't get to. I feel like everyone should be able to taste the incredible flavors.'

But there are also less pricey place he likes to bring up.

'There is a bagel shop in New York I posted on Instagram, I love it. And the next day there was a line around the corner. So I know people take my advice seriously. It feels good to be able to tip people off to the best places, whether it's Nobu or a bagel shop.'

And Jonathan feels that now is the time to do a lifestyle site aimed at young people who want to dine out because 'there is currently no authority on it.'

He added, 'It's overwhelming what is out there. You really need one person to say, this is where you can go out to eat in this city. This is where the celebrities are. This is where the food is good. It's not for people who want to cook or have a nine course meal.'

And he will write up the new hot must-haves.

'I will cover the new Yeezy shoes and how to get the new Bentley SUV. It's gorgeous. It will blow all other SUVs out of the water,' he said.
