Caitlyn Jenner made it clear that she hoped her public transition would help educate the world about the transgender community.

She probably never expected that it would lead to graphic family conversations with stepdaughter Khloe Kardashian, 31, leading the way.

In a preview on Thursday of the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe recalled with great glee how Caitlyn gave her intimate details about sex change operations.

She's blunt: Khloe Kardashian asked Caitlyn Jenner blunt questions about sex change operations on Thursday in a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians

'Why are you even having these conversations with her?' asked Khloe's close friend Malika Haqq, who appeared grossed out by the chat during a car ride.

'It's so weird,' she added.

But Khloe soon made it even weirder as she made a video call to reach Caitlyn, who was with a group of friends, and asked outright: 'I wanted to remember, how do you make a d*** on a girl?'

As Caitlyn burst out laughing at the bluntness of her question, Khloe continued: 'I was trying to tell Malika… You told me on a girl to transition is they use the clit, right?'

After Caitlyn - who Khloe calls 'Bruiser' - confirmed her statement, Khloe asked: 'But you still keep, like, the hole, I guess?'

After more laughter, one of Caitlyn's friends could be heard assuring her: 'I think they close it.'

'You told me they kept it!,' Khloe insisted. 'Why would you have the best of both worlds, that's unfair.'

After more laughter - and with Malika looking increasingly uncomfortable - Caitlyn quipped: 'You're not thinking of getting one, are you?'

'I have a pretty big set of balls already, so you know,' Khloe replied, leaving Caitlyn sounding eager to end the conversation.

'Oh, that's too much for you? Really?' Khloe teased her.

'It's about all I can handle - OK, goodbye!' Caitlyn said.

Malika was left shaking her head in disbelief at the conversation she had just witnessed, saying: 'I can't ….'

Caitlyn was also seen making a return to the family, joining them for a dinner to celebrate Kylie's 18th birthday and proudly making 'a toast to my little daughter' after excitedly telling everyone: 'I'm back!'

Khloe continued to show her crude ways, both by calling her car's GPS system a 'bitch' and 'dumb f***ing whore' - and then teaching mom Kris Jenner how to use a condom.

When her mother first asked her about using the protection, Khloe asked: 'Do you think I'm the biggest whore you have in your family?'

Kris insisted she was asking because Khloe was 'the only one I can talk to about this stuff' - and sounded like a nervous schoolgirl new to sex rather than a mother-of-six.

Khloe then grabbed an English cucumber from the fridge and expertly pulled the sheath over the vegetable in one swift movement.

She then jokingly threw the condom-covered cucumber to momager Kris and hit her square in the chest - leaving a dark wet mark.

'Khloe you got condom juice all over my shirt,' a shocked Kris complained, adding: 'Does this stuff stain?'

'Well, it's lubrication,' replied Khloe, with her mother then asking: 'How am I gonna explain this?'

In other clips, Kris was seen with Corey after he gave her a car.

'You're always going to be my baby', Corey told her.

Khloe excitedly told her sisters that her mother was now open about having a new man in her life.

Kim and Kourtney despite having children left it to Khloe to go on a business trip to Australia to launch their new fashion line, Kardashian Kids.

'I am picking up the slack for my sisters, they have so much going on in their personal lives - and apparently I don't,' she complained.

She later tried to persuade Kourtney to join her on the trip, using their fitness routines as a motive.

Asking her to join her as 'my workout buddy', she said: 'We don't want to throw out our whole workout routine.'

'I just feel like I need to stay home,' insisted Kourtney, still struggling with the end of her long-term relationship with Scott Disick.

Bad timing: The star explained that it would be irresponsible to to travel to Australia without her children

'I know that Khloe really wants me to go to Australia with her, but I really don't want to go without my kids,' Courtney explained later.

'They need me now more than ever and to leave for a week would be just irresponsible,' she explained later.

Kim, meanwhile, made it very clear that she hopes her sister's relationship with Lord Disick is done for good.

'Even though Scott and Kourtney are broken-up, I'm really worried he's gonna do whatever he can to get back with Kourtney,' she said.

'I really think that Kourtney's had it, so I don't think that she would necessarily get back with him, but there's always that possibility and that just worries me because he can't just go, do what he wants to do, and then come back when he wants to come back.

'I just hope that she just holds her ground, because it's not going to help anyone.'

Kim was also seen having a scan for her unborn baby, and looking terrified when told there was 'elevated blood pressure', with Kim admitting to her doctor: 'I really hope it's not diabetes - I'm like actually scared.'

'Your whole life is at stake,' Kris was heard telling her, while Kim was seen nervously making a call to get the results.

Kim also broke the news to mom Kris and sister Kylie that she has to move out of her new home yet again because of renovations.

When Kim asked if they wanted a new roommate, Kris said she 'would have to make a run for it' and 'sayonara.'

Kylie was even moe blunt when Kim suggested 'moving into Kylie's new place for a little bit,' telling her: 'I would seriously stab myself.'

'C'mon Kylie, I would do that for you. I'm going to ask Kanye if he's into that idea,' Kim insisted, to which her sister again bluntly told her: 'Nobody is staying at my house.'

After Kris said that she would 'maybe go to Europe for a month - pretend like I'm Parisian,' Kim laughed at her - with her mother clearly irritating her by mimicking the laugh.

'Have you ever in your life met a more annoying person?' Kim asked Kylie as their mom left the room, with her younger half-sister shaking her head.

Kylie's rapper boyfriend Tyga in the preview was shown making his first appearances on the as he joined the reality stars for a holiday in St. Barts in August.
