She has a busy schedule of being a mother, model, actress and fashionista.

But on Friday Jodi Anasta took some time out and headed on a romantic date night to Sake restaurant in Double Bay, east of Sydney, with husband and sportsman Braith.

The 30-year-old had all eyes on her as she walked down the busy street while showing off her very slender figure in a floor-length jumpsuit.

She accessorised her outing attire with a pair of shiny black peep-toed high heels along with a small silver bag which she hung across her body.

Jodie flaunted her flawless beauty as she wore her long brunette locks out and straight while parting it directly down the middle.

On Thursday the mother-of-one explained to the Daily Mail Australia that her slender frame was due to have an 'active' 20-month-old daughter, Aleeia.

'I’m just being a mum... and doing weights training. I'm trying to build muscle,' she said while attending the Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Female awards in Sydney's Milsons Point.

'I’m training with a new trainer so it’s going well. I'm lifting all different types of weights, but only once a week.'

The Myer ambassador continued: 'I’m a mum and any mum will tell you it takes up a lot of energy so I don’t like to overdo it at the gym.

'I think you just have to eat right, have lots of water and be healthy. Keep busy working, exercising, lifting weights. Do whatever suits you,' she concluded.

Jodi rose to fame in 2004 after she appeared as Martha on Australian soap Home And Away, leaving the show six years later.

She then tied the knot with former NRL player Braith in 2012.
