Jennifer Lawrence - along with co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson - has traveled all over the world of late to promote The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2.

And on Thursday's episode of Conan the 25-year-old revealed it has taken a toll on her, even quipping: 'They've pushed this show pony too far.'

She brought along a video to show the impact the constant traveling was having on her, which is that she wasn't sleeping.

In the clip, the star could be seen wildly celebrating the fact that she had finally gotten 12 hours of sleep on the non-stop promotional tour, as she thrashed around on a bed in a fit that ended up dislocating one of her toes.

'That can happen' The star dislocated her toe by hitting her own foot, as she flailed about on a bed in celebration of her first good night's sleep - 12 hours - on the hectic, international tour

'I dislocated my toe by hitting my own foot - that can happen,' the star explained, of the aftermath of the comical video.

Jennifer, who wore a lacy, black top with sheer panels along with a pair a skintight leather trousers for the appearance, explained she was celebrating in the clip, after finally getting a good night's rest.

'This was my first night of sleep because we couldn’t sleep in the hotels - we were so turned around, because we were in a new country every - so the best night of sleep I got was on the plane,' she said.

The blonde beauty even kicked up her foot to show her injured toe to Conan, noting it was purple from the incident.

'I was psyched,' Jennifer said as Conan prepared to play the video, which began with the actress doing a somersault onto a bed.

She could then be seen bouncing on the bed as she vigorously threw her arms and legs into the air in excitement.

Once the clip ended the star mimicked her hilarious moves by kicking her arms and legs into the air from her seat on Conan's show.
