The (family) force is strong with him! Star Wars vet Harrison Ford reunites with children Georgia and Malcolm over dinner alongside wife Calista Flockhart

Harrison Ford was every bit the family man as he reunited with his grown children over dinner at Via Veneto in Santa Monica on Saturday night.

The 73-year-old action star was joined by his wife Calista Flockhart, 51, for a get-together with his daughter Georgia, 25, and musician son Malcolm, 28.

Malcolm and Georgia are Harrison's children from his ex-wife Melissa Mathison, who passed away in early November at the age of 65 following a battle with neuroendocrine cancer.

The Ally McBeal actress stepped outside with a hand looped around her husband's elbow.

She clutched her glasses and appeared fresh face, with her light blonde hair worn down in a casual and relaxed 'do.

Meanwhile, the actor recently spoke with Entertainment Weekly about his narrow escape in March when he crash landed his plane on a Venice gold course in LA, revealing that it didn't keep him grounded for long.

'I've been flying for 20 years, and it was a very rare thing to happen,' he said. 'It was a mechanical issue. No fault of the maintenance or anybody else.'

'I got back in the helicopter first, because my foot was still in the cast, my toes were hanging out. It was the easiest aircraft to get into [that I'd still] be capable, and safe, to fly.'
