Driving Ms Bullock! Sandra takes a backseat as Jason Bateman gets behind the wheel after dinner date in West Hollywood

There was no sign of Sandra Bullock's relatively new beau Bryan Randall as she and friend Jason Bateman, 46, left the restaurant on Saturday.

It appeared as though the duo were simply enjoying each other's company at the famous Craig's in West Hollywood.

The meal comes at a somewhat slow time for both actors, as Jason only has one project slated and Sandra, 51, reportedly has none.

Each looked to be in high spirits however, as they left the dining establishment, with Jason taking the wheel and Sandra hopping in behind him.

While Bryan apparently did not accompany the friends for dinner, it would've probably been welcome company

Sandra and Bryan have been less secretive about their romance after stepping out together at Jennifer Aniston's wedding in September.

And Sandra Bullock and Bryan Randall look to have only grown more smitten with one another as they locked hands during a morning coffee stroll in Los Angeles in early November.

The photographer looked to be keeping a firm grip on his flame as they chatted incessantly while sipping on coffee.

But it seems their affectionate display wasn't limited to their time outdoors, as the genetically-blessed duo were also seen cosying up to one another as they ordered their beverages inside Andante Coffee Roaster on Beverly Boulevard.

A source told MailOnline: 'They were showing a lot of affection toward each other during their time inside [the store]. Bryan had his arm around Sandra as they waited for their coffee orders to be made.'

While they only recently went public with their romance, the couple are firmly coupled up - with Bryan accompanying Sandra to the premiere of her new movie Our Brand Is Crisis last month.

And it looks as though things are only getting more serious between the pair - who are thought to have started dating several months before they unveiled their relationship - with Bryan even having moved into Sandra's mansion.

An insider told Us Weekly that Bryan 'still has his place, but he’s living at Sandra's,' adding that the couple are 'total homebodies.'

But despite their intensifying relationship, Sandra recently released a statement that played down rumours she is adopting another child.

Following reports last month that she had welcomed a baby daughter into her home, she said 'everyone would be hearing about it,' had she done so.

However the mother-of-one chose her words very carefully - leaving the impression that an adoption would not be out of the question.

'There’s only one adopted child in my household and his name is Louis,' she told Associated Press, referring to her five-year-old son.

'If I had a second adopted child, everyone would be hearing about it.

'I would be loud and clear. And say, "Yes, I have officially adopted a second child." Right now, Louis must be it.'
