Amy Schumer 'sneaks in' to screening of Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 which stars her gal pal Jennifer Lawrence

She's been propelled into the limelight over the past 12 months.

So who can blame Amy Schumer for craving a little invisibility, as she went to a screening of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 earlier this week.

The 34-year-old comedienne allegedly snuck in to the movie theater undetected, according to Pagesix. The blockbuster stars her friend Jennifer Lawrence.

She's become BFFs with the highest paid actress in the world, made Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People list and written and starred in Trainwreck which grossed over $138 million - all this year.

And appears to be a little fame-fatigued as a result, according to the reports.

At a charity show with Jerry Seinfeld on Monday night, the publication states that she asked members of the audience to refrain from filming her during her stand-up set.

She reportedly saw a teen in the front row whip out his smartphone, and quipped: 'You can film only if you promise to masturbate to me later . . . Oh wait, you’re not Jerry’s [Seinfeld] teenage son, are you?'

However, the publication also suggests that Amy's famous face is proving useful when she forgets her I.D.

Apparently she arrived at her Upper West Side gym and was stopped by staff when she didn't show her identification card.

Their spies said that when staffers stopped her to sign in, Amy had the perfect retort, telling them: 'I’m famous.'

While she might be taking time to adjust to all aspects of life in the public eye, Amy apparently hasn't lost her irreverent sense of humour and party-girl spirit.

Amy and J-Law - who were seen enjoying a sunny vacation in the summer and shared a jet-ski ride - danced on top of Billy Joel's piano on stage in Chicago on Thursday night.

She also shared an ominous sounding private text conversation between her and former SNL star Colin Quinn with Instagram followers on Saturday.

Colin - who plays Amy's father in Trainwreck - texted the star a warning about 'backstabbers' telling her to 'trust no one around you right now.'

The blonde joker had no qualms about replying at 3.14AM to the actor, telling him: 'Your words are literally worthless.'

It appears to be a long-running joke between the two, rather than an on-going feud or serious warning, as she had previously shared a similar text from him which also sounded like it came from a fortune cookie.
