So it's no wonder Cindy Crawford, 49, and her daughter Kaia, 14, looked more like twins than mother and daughter as they stepped out in NYC on Saturday.

The beautiful two-some stepped out for some hot chocolate at Serendipity 3.

The supermodel kept a tight hold of her teen - who is signed to IMG models - as they strutted their stuff in Manhattan.

Cindy wrapped up in a stone wool snood, and tan jacket, which she teamed with blue jeans.

With a distinct 70s feel, she kept her tones muted in a cream sweater and carried a large black leather bag over one arm.

Kaia - who is nearly as tall as her statuesque 5ft 9in mum - added a rocky twist to her all black ensemble with a classic leather biker jacket.

Both appeared to be make-up free as they showed off flawless skin and could easily have been mistaken for sisters.

The slim pair also managed the enviable trick of tucking into an opulent cream-laded hot chocolate without any guilt.
