Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have been on and off again more than light switch but seems love may again illuminate their relationship.

The pair certainly got tongues wagging when pictures caught them stepping out together in Los Angeles, California, on Friday evening, just outside a bar where he's filmed serenading her with a love song.

The two singers were seen getting close as they spent time together in Beverly Hills, with Selena putting her arm around her chart-topper ex - moments after his public declaration of ongoing love for his teenage sweetheart.

The former couple looked very close again as they navigated the streets in deep conversation.

As the Heart Wants What It Wants songstress fell a step behind Justin, she reached out and tenderly rested her arm on his shoulder.

The 23-year-old actress appeared at ease as the What Do You Mean singer played her leading man.

It was after this impromptu performance that the former couple - who split in 2013 - were pictured walking the streets of Beverly Hills.

However, Justin won't be monopolised and was later seen partying with newly-single Kylie Jenner.

The pair were first seen at the Nice Guy in West Hollywood before heading to nightclub Hyde in Justin's Escalade.

There is nothing to suggest Kylie and Justin's outing was of a romantic nature - rapper A$AP Rocky is also said to have been in the group - as Justin is a close family friend, often attending their gatherings.

Meanwhile, SnapChat queen Kylie appeared to be embracing her newly-acquired single status, although it's not clear what the cause of her and Tyga's recent break-up is.

People revealed that the teenager was 'absolutely fuming' while TMZ reported the split was due to 'something Tyga did'.

Maybe there may be hope for those two however, considering it looks like Justin and Selena are trying to give love another chance.

The teen sweethearts started officially dating in 2011 and have a lot of on and off again moments, something Justin recently revealed was because he loved Selena so much.

He told this month's issue of i-D Magazine: 'There's nothing like it [being in love]. So I felt that and I just didn't want to let it go. When it was hard, I was just like, ''I want to stick this out''. So it was on again, off again, on again, off again.'

Also this month, Justin told Ellen DeGeneres that a rekindling of their love 'maybe' possible.

He said: 'I mean, we have a lot of history together so maybe, it possibly could happen but I think we're both just on our own journeys of just figuring ourselves out and I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we can come together and make an awesome duo.

'Or she'll find someone awesome and I'll find someone awesome. I just want her to be happy, honestly.'

Despite this Justin has been romantically linked to a number of more women including Hailey Baldwin, Adrinana Lima, a host of Instagram models, an alleged prostitute Tati Neves and just last month photographed fully naked while on holiday with British model Jayde Pierce.
