Two would-be intruders may think again before attempting to gain access to Natasha Giggs' home a second time.

The CBB contestant told fans that she was forced to call off her guard dog when he attacked the men as they climbed over her fence in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The 29-year-old tweeted: 'Had to stop the dog from eating 2 intruders (i.e brave, cheeky bastards) tryna get over my garden fence at 2am! Next time I won't stop him!!' (sic)

Mrs Giggs' bought her intimidating Dogue de Bordeaux Denzil to protect the family last year following the revelations about her affair with brother-in-law Ryan, the Daily Star reported.

She became even more concerned for her safety and that of her two sons after receiving terrifying threats over Twitter in February.

At the time Manchester Police contacted the star after the stalker, who branded himself 'Twitter's first killer', bombarded her with shocking messages threatening to mutilate and kill her because of her affair with her brother-in-law.

The Internet troll bragged that he would never get caught if he killed the mother-of-two in one of the string of abusive messages posted on Twitter shortly after her stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Police became so concerned with the content of the abuse they contacted the former real estate agent urging her to make a formal complaint.

One of the tweets read: 'Just to tell u that yr punishment is coming and it will be severe! Your time is up c***!! You will feel pain! u love all the attention from yr fans; well, enjoy it becoz its almost over!!!'

Greater Manchester Police messaged Natasha at the time urging her to contact officers and make a formal complaint saying: 'Several people have Tweeted us saying you have had threatening Tweets.

'We recommend u report it on 101 or 999 if emergency.'

Natasha and her husband Rhodri attempted to reconcile after her news of her eight-year affair with his famous sibling emerged last year, but decided to call it quits for good in February following her appearance on CBB.
