Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello celebrated the night before their wedding with a rehearsal dinner at the Brazilian Court hotel Saturday night in Palm Beach.

Seven tables with 10 chairs each were set up in the boutique hotel's courtyard, around a fountain topped with a cherub holding a carafe.

The courtyard was covered with a white tent-like structure where the ceiling was covered with hundreds of light, making it look like a starry sky.

Let the festivities begin. For her rehearsal dinner on Saturday night, Sofia Vergara was stunning in an all-white embroidered lace and mesh dress with a pencil-skirt silhouette and cascading ruffles.

Take a page from Sofia's sartorial diary and put all the old fashion rules to bed. There's nothing as beautiful as an all-white dress no matter the season or occasion.

The couple's table was covered with red roses.

The menu was relatively simple considering that the hotel's restaurant is owned by famed New York chef Daniel Boulud: the first course was shredded kale salad apple, walnut, pickeed blueberries, blue cheese, dill, buttermilk dressing; the main course was a choice of wood roasted chicken with swiss chard crepinette, espelette jus or 14 oz grass fed beef striploin blue cheese potato gratin watercress salad; chocolate for dessert.

The guests were quietly shuttled in black mini-buses from The Breakers.

The dinner ended about 9 p.m.

'it was a very quiet dinner,' one server told DailyMail.com. 'There were no speeches or anything. Just people having dinner.'

Joining them for the day and evening of preparation were the 43-year-old's Modern Family co-stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Julie Bowen, and Sarah Hyland.

The crisp and clean napkin was placed just beside several full and blossoming blood red roses.

There is little doubt that Sofia has spared no expense in decorating the festive and romantically decorated milestone dinner.

In another decadent snap, the Modern Family star showed off the two course menu, which read 'One night before the big day! Sofia and Joe.'

The menu was surrounded by a blooming bouquet of red roses, lit candles, and several wine glasses.

Sofia was even dressed the part of the blushing bride.

Clutching a near-empty wine glass, the bride-to-be was the ultimate social butterfly as she posed one after the other with her guests.

Sofia's son Manolo, whose father is her ex-husband Joe Gonzalez, also shared a sweet snap of himself with his mother and future stepfather.

Manolo will be giving his mother away, according to Hello! Magazine.

There are now only a matter of hours before Sofia and Joe's wedding, which will take place at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

But it seems Sofia won't be following the rule book when it comes to her gown for her second wedding.

Sofia previously told People Magazine that she would like to avoid more traditional styling for brides, noting: 'I already got married before. I think I'm past that virgin look.'

Joe and Sofia, who became engaged in December, will marry in front of 400 guests under a gold-painted ceiling in the Mediterranean Ballroom of The Breakers Resort, Palm Beach.

According to Gossip Extra, after that, the couple will party the hours away until 5am on Monday in four adjacent ballrooms (Ponce de Leon ballrooms 1 through 4).

The wedding party will then be entertained by Latin crooners Marc Anthony, Thalia and Gloria Estefan.

'Sofia’s flying a decorator from the Ritz Carlton in Paris and she’s bringing a bunch of hairdressers from California,' a source told the website.

A source told E! News: 'The entire hotel is rented out for the weekend. People are flying in from all over the world to be there with them.'

'They're making it a long weekend celebration with the wedding happening at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening,' the source continued. 'They're expecting [the reception] to go all night long with tons of dancing and live performances.'

'People can rest and recuperate on Monday and stay for the Thanksgiving holiday if they choose. Sofia has a lot of family in Florida and will stay to spend time with them.'
