Jewels of Jaipur: Amrapali adds an Italian jewel to its sparkling crown

They made a sparkling debut in Hollywood with costume period drama, Troy, and ever since then, Amrapali Jewels of Jaipur has left a glittering tale of success both in India and on the global front.

The latest jewel in its crown comes from being nominated for the Andrea Palladio International Jewellery Awards (APIJA) instituted by the Fiera di Vicenza.

These awards are considered the Oscars for jewellery. The Jaipur-origin jewellery brand has bagged a nomination in the category of 'The Best International Jewellery Brand Collection', along with other renowned luxury jewellery labels such as Tiffany & Co., Brumani, H. Stern & Van Cleef and Arpels.

Talking about the huge honour, Amrapali Jewels co-founder Rajiv Arora said, 'This nomination is an important recognition of our design language and worldwide appeal; Amrapali is the first Indian brand to be accepted as truly international.'
