Naomi Campbell goes from catwalk star to crocked star as she limps into LAX airport supported by a friend

She's used to putting her best foot forward on the catwalk as an original Supermodel.

But Naomi Campbell's strut was impeded by a suspected injury as the leggy beauty ended up limping on arrival at LAX airport on Saturday.

Naomi, 45, who looked chic in a black Fedora hat and flowing black jacket, leaned on a blonde companion for support clutching her hand as she arrived in the States.

Clutching onto her blonde companion's hand, Naomi looked demure as she arrived hiding her luscious locks under a Fedora hat and shielding her eyes away behind a pair of oversized sunglasses.

The Fashion For Relief campaigner looked hot to trot as she squeezed her long, lithe legs into black leggings and put her best foot forward in black suede knee high boots.

The star kept the winter chill at bay by opting for a burgundy V-neck jumper over her black polo neck top, and wore a stunning shiny flowing black coat to complete the look.

Camilla is 20 years Hakeem's junior in the show, and Naomi said at times she felt shy when filming the raunchy scenes.

She told the Sun: 'It is nerve-wracking to have people around you on your first day, on a pool table making out. But you have to get on with it, you have to get over it.

'I am shy at times in certain things and that was something I was shy about. But I did have fun.'
