She is a Victoria's Secret model with a physique envied by women near and far.

And Perth-born Bridget Malcolm, 23, looked every inch the catwalk queen as she went for a run in Sydney on Monday.

Wearing a pair of fitted black tights and a white tank emblazoned with 'Burpees Don't Like You Either,' the 5ft 10ins model worked up quite the sweat as she sprinted through the park.

Bridget who appeared on the lingerie runway earlier this month before touching down in Australia earlier this week, flaunted her impressive fitness ability as she pounded the pavement.

Her hair was tied back in a messy high ponytail whilst her flushed face looked fresh and make-up free.

The fair-haired bombshell's engagement ring was also spotted on her finger as she soaked up the Sydney sunshine.

Earlier this month Bridget debuted on the Victoria's Secret runway alongside fellow newcomers Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid.

And while speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Saturday Bridget revealed she was rejected twice by the lingerie brand before being picked in October, along with what really goes on behind the scenes.

'This was the third year I cast for the show...The first two years I was turned away,' she said while explaining: 'The first year was because I wasn’t in good enough shape and the second year I was confident enough to pull it off.'

Bridget added that she believes her figure wasn't in shape because she only 'went to the gym once before the casting' and wasn't aware of the commitment needed.

'I can take that sort of criticism,' she said when asked if she was hurt for being cut from the line-up for the way her body look.

'I am a model and the way I look is my career and when it is coming from my agents and people at VS, I can take that as advice.'

The catwalk stunner added that following the incident she knew what was needed to be done and was 'more than willing to work towards it to achieve it.'

The New York based model became engaged to her musician beau Nathanial Hoho earlier this year after dating for a year.

The Walking Shapes frontman proposed to her while they were on a Jamaican holiday, and the pair are now in the process of planning two weddings (one in both their home cities) in 2016.

'I like the idea of doing something in each of the places that we grew up so we’re going out to Mifflintown in Pennsylvania, which is where he grew up and is where we’re buying a farm,' Bridget revealed to The West Australian.
