And Farrah Abraham was flaunting the results of her surgery in a seriously tight gold bandage dress as she promoted her new sex toy products at SEXPO 2015 in London on Friday.

The Teen Mom favourite-turned-porn star was shamelessly showing off her explicit adult range at the event, putting on a glamorous display in her barely-there dress.

Farrah, 24, turned heads in her dazzling gold strapless number, which barely contained her ample assets.

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant paired the glittering dress with a pair of over-the-knee black suede boots and large silver statement earrings.

The mother-of-one styled her hair in brunette waves and set off her features with heavy eye make-up and a slick of pink lipstick.

Farrah's outing comes after she made the surprising admission on her Instagram account that she was planning to adopt, a decision her six-year-old daughter Sophia is thrilled about.

The plastic surgery loving star has raised her child alone since her boyfriend Derek Underwood was killed in a car crash eight months into her pregnancy.

She posted: 'I hope soon Sophia and I can make a world of difference by bringing home a baby brother or sister for Sophia.

Last month, the star allowed cameras to follow her into the operating theatre as she underwent surgery to increase her implant size from a 650CC to a 800CC.

She claimed the surgery was to fix 'horrible burning and pain issues' although she managed to include a boost in size alongside resolving her issues, the mother-of-one was rather pleased with the result.

Before her surgery Farrah told the MailOnline: 'I'm thankful to have the best reconstructive breast surgeon in the Beverly Hills area fix the burning and pain issues that were horrible.'
