Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has hailed the 'tactical plan' by Jurgen Klopp following their impressive 4-1 win over Manchester City - and insists belief is growing in the dressing room.
The German coach has turned things around at Anfield since replacing Brendan Rodgers in October and he led the Reds to a stunning victory at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino were the stand-out players but Klopp's men once again demonstrated the work ethic which has been pivotal to their recent form.

Lovren is part of a defence that has benefited from Klopp's tactics and the Croatia centre back has heaped praise on his manager - while hailing him for instilling belief in the team.
'We knew how they like to play,' Lovren told theLiverpool Echo.
'We didn't want to be deep in defence and just waiting to counter-attack. We wanted to attack them high up the pitch, it was the perfect tactical plan from the gaffer.
'We scored four goals and we must have had three or four other one on ones with their keeper. It was so intensive - up, down, up, down.
'What's changed? We are working harder. We are running now more than ever, more than any other team in the Premier League.
'The gaffer has given us a lot of belief. On his first day he talked about having many non-believers around the club, but belief is growing.'
