Kim Zolciak endorsed a 'waist trainer' with a series of flattering selfies on her Instagram page on Monday.

The 37-year-old star posed in front of a bathroom mirror and took snaps on her phone while wearing the corset over a T-shirt and jeans.

She plugged the item and wrote: 'I love them and they are super cute. I've been using it for a while now and I love the results.' She ended the caption with the hashtag 'whatawaist'.

It comes just weeks after the mother-of-six lashed out when candid pictures emerged of her on a bikini break in Mexico.

DailyMail.com and TMZ published photographs of the star on earlier this month as she relaxed on a beach in Mexico - highlighting a glaring difference from extremely flattering images she shared with her Instagram followers throughout the week.

Interestingly, one such altered image of the star standing in an Agent Provocateur bikini with a cinched-in waist and substantial thigh-gap has now been deleted from her account.

Furious Kim hit back on social media, posting a dimly lit video that showed her lifting up her top to reveal her tummy.

Her daughters Brielle and Ariana twerked and pouted beside her as she twirled in front of the mirror.

Kim, who has admitted to having a tummy tuck among other plastic surgery procedures, regularly promotes waist trainers and diet shakes on her social media pages.

Meanwhile, Kim recently announced that she will be returning to Dancing With The Stars this week for the finale.

Sharing a photo of herself in the studio with her former dancing partner, Tony Dovolani, the star writes: 'I'm back at it!!!!!! With @tonydovolani. I'm so excited to be dancing at the finale next week! What an emotional roller coaster this has been!! What a blessing!!!! #DancingShoes.'
