That's cheeky! Kesha flashes derriere in see-through nude floral dress during sidewalk photo shoot

Kesha brought ball-gown glamour to the streets of Los Angeles on Sunday morning.

The 28-year-old pop star was all dressed up with big hair and a sheer nude dress for a dreamy photo shoot.

But the down-to-earth Take It Off singer didn't bother with heels, instead opting for comfortable Converse sneakers.

At one point, the tiny slip under her sheer frock shifted up to expose perhaps more than she intended and she flashed her derriere.

The Tik Tok singer was dressed in her signature quirky yet glamorous attire for the outing.

She had her long blonde hair blown out in voluminous waves that cascaded down her back and over her face.

Kesha exuded a sun kissed glow with light pink lips, bronzer blush, and plenty of mascara.

Kesha was clearly happy with her final look, and Instagrammed a snap of herself from various different angles that same day.

'Dress up today thanks to @johnnywasclothing @vittoriomasecchia @shelboogie + my old converse bc lets be real I can't walk in heels,' she captioned the dreamy image.

While looking happy and healthy, Kesha has had a tough time of late.

The singer is currently locked in a legal battle to try to be able to record again without her producer, to whom she is bound through her Sony Music contract.

The star wants to be able to break her contract so that she does not have to work with her long-time producer Dr. Luke, whose real name is Luke Gottwald, whom she has accused of sexually assaulting her.

The pair have been battling it out in the courts for a year over the claims and contractual disputes and Sony does not want Kesha recording with anyone else until the disputes are sorted.

In late October, in a new injunction by Kesha against Dr. Luke she claimed her career has been at on a hiatus and will be 'effectively over' if she is not permitted to resume recording immediately, reports Buzzfeed.

The lawsuit states Kesha is at 'a grave risk of irreparable harm if she continues to be prevented from working'.

'Kesha Rose Sebert wants nothing more than to be able to record an album,' the court document says.

'Her only condition is that she be allowed to record with a record label that is not affiliated with someone who has emotionally and sexually abused her.'

Kesha's attorneys argued: 'Kesha now faces an abysmal decision: Work with her alleged abuser….or idly and passively wait as her career tick-tocks away.

'Kesha’s window of opportunity is nearly shut: She has not been recording, touring or able to market merchandise for nearly a year – an eternity in the industry. If Kesha is not permitted to resume working immediately with the backing of a major record label, her window will forever close.'

This time last year, the singer filed a lawsuit accusing Dr. Luke of sexual assault, battery, and sexual harassment and said he often verbal abused her about her weight.

Dr. Luke then sued back for defamation and breach of contact.

A Care2 petition entitled '#FreeKesha! Tell Sony Not to Force Her to Work With Her Alleged Abuser' has now accumulated over 72,000 signatures.
