Vicki Gunvalson is accusing ex Brooks Ayers of being a liar, once again.

The exes' seemingly never-ending war of words has turned into he-said she-said this week as Gunvalson denied she has been in touch with her former flame.

After Brooks claimed he'd been receiving texts from her this week, the Real Housewives of Orange County hit back telling E! 'It is not true at all, I did not reach out to him. He is lying.'

'I did not reach out to him': Vicki Gunvalson has accused her ex Brooks Ayers of lying after the businessman said she has been texting him this week after her Bravo interview

Brook told E! News on Tuesday: 'Vicki keeps saying she hates me and is not going to talk to me ever again and that I duped her,

'She was texting me just last night! We were bantering back and forth about some of the things she had said on the special. I called her out on a lot of it and she basically said it was something she had to do to protect herself.'

During her Watch What Happens Live sit down on Monday, the 53-year-old revealed some of the lengths Brooks took to convince those around him that he had cancer.

The-mother-of-two said she hates the businessman and that it's clear he doesn't not have non-Hodgkins lymphoma as he has claimed.

Vicki also went as far to say Brooks may have swallowed eye drops as part of his ruse to convince people he has cancer.

The Bravo star witnessed the businessman vomiting for days as a result, he said, of chemotherapy treatment.

Brooks confessed this month he'd faked medical documents he produced as 'proof' he was genuinely ill.

Vicki told host Andy Cohen that she's still struggling to understand the scope and breadth of his deceit.

'He had to fabricate this lie all the way prior to filming. Because he got diagnosed in September/October of 2014,' Vicki said.

'We are now in November of 2015,' she goes on. 'So this lie had to be fabricated and thought out way before filming.'

When Andy brings up the fact that she shad said she saw her ex suffering the side effects of chemotherapy, the reality star revealed her theory.

'I actually contacted a couple of people and they said you can actually take eye drops and it can make you violently ill,' she said.

'I don't know if he did that - that's pretty sick -  but I witnessed him with fevers and night sweats and chills.'

Vicki's co-star Shannon Beador was no so convinced at Vicki's story however and had strong words for the star: 'I am absolutely floored. The victim card, the "I was duped" speaking engagement that Vicki Gunvalson is on is completely ridiculous to me.'

Brooks, for his part, continues to insist he does have cancer.

Vicki said Brooks dropped 42 pounds in three months and that she cannot believe he may have been faking everything.

'I mean, the extent of what I did for this man, to cure him, is ... I can't even tell you. Time and money and time and money I spent on him,' she said.

In promoting the sit-down interview between Vicki and Andy, Bravo is promising the Real Housewives star will apologize to the other RHOC cast members and reveal when she started having doubts about her ex.

Brooks recently admitted he had faked medical records from cancer hospital City of Hope after the hospital revealed he was never a patient there.

In a statement he put out on November 11, he apologized for his actions, which he said Vicki knew nothing about.

'Words cannot express the deep regret that I have in fabricating documents to 'prove' to the world that I, in fact, have cancer. What I did was wrong and inexcusable,' he said.

The couple, who had dated for about four years, called time on their relationship in August.
