They are due to welcome their first child into the world next year.

So it’s no wonder Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are making the most of some quality free time before their baby arrives, stepping out for a romantic dinner on Wednesday night.

Heading towards Via Veneto in Santa Monica, the married couple seemed to be in fantastic spirits as they made their way along the streets.

Chrissy Teigen is taking her growing baby bump in her stride!

She was spotted out for a date night with husband John Legend and it looks like she has been taking style tips from her friend and fellow yummy mommy-to-be Kim Kardashian. A ribbed tank dress, black trench coat and ankle booties? It's classic Kim!

In October she revealed it's become a bit of a race against time now that she's expecting a baby, recently telling Entertainment Tonight: 'My cookbook comes out in February now.

'It was going to be April and now it's February. We're going to shove it out, because I can't travel in April anymore.'
