It seems her new 'do is here to stay, at least for the time being.

Rose McGowan decided to take a walk in West Hollywood on Wednesday, showing off her freshly shaved head.

The 42-year-old - who recently hinted that she has 'quit' acting - appeared content as she walked among the fallen leaves and took in some fall scenery.

The Chosen star kept things very casual, sporting a loose yellow tank top, fitted black jeans and some black high top sneakers.

A pair of vintage-style shades and a black backpack completed the eccentric star's outfit.

Her head appeared to be newly buzzed since her last outing on Monday, suggesting that the new 'liberating' look is here to stay for awhile.

After she revealed her new look on social media on Friday, public reaction has been largely positive.

One fan was posted an Instagram comment stating 'I stand totally enthralled,' while another wrote 'You look beautiful'.

Rose captioned the first in her series of posts: 'I don't want it anymore #rebelyell #everythingisart starring @hairbyadrian', followed by 'The alien has landed' and 'No hair don't care. Honestly, it's liberating.'

While she hasn't explained why she chose the edgy new style, it may having something to do with her growing discontentment with the Hollywood establishment.

In a post on Monday, she railed against the lack of creativity in Hollywood, and stated 'f*** the status quo. Honestly, it got so boring in front of the camera I had to quit.'

While it's unclear whether she has truly quit acting, it is confirmed that she is trying to pursue a directing career.
