Chef Bobby Flay and Law & Order's Stephanie March 'fight over old steak recipe videos' in latest legal drama between the very bitter exes

Former Law & Order star Stephanie March has lost a legal bid to force former husband Bobby Flay to pay her for old Food Network videos she made with him when they were together.

The actress and the celebrity chef settled their bitter divorce in July, but March went to court demanding $105,000 for the ongoing use of videos in which she helps Flay make recipes for flank steak crostini, flank steak guacamole and grilled sweet potatoes.

The judge, though, tossed out the motion Wednesday, according to PageSix.com.

March, 41, had also sought $14,000 for moving expenses after calling in a LA firm to supervise her move out of Flay's tony New York condo over the summer.

It's the latest salvo in the feud between the exes following the breakup of their 10-year marriage over claims the chef, 50, cheated with a young hostess at one of his restaurants, and had a fling with Mad Men star January Jones.

March, who found fame as ADA Alexandra Cabot in Law & Order: SVU, fought Flay over their pre-nuptial agreement which provided for spousal support of $5,000 a month in the event of a divorce.

In the latest legal fight, the actress's attorney Nicholas Cohen had argued that the ongoing use of the videos featuring March violated a clause in the divorce agreement that Flay had insisted upon.

It prohibited either party from profiting from the other's image, he said.

In court on Wednesday, the restaurateur's lawyer Jeremy Bethels told the judge that the Food Network controls the use of the videos in question.

'My client has made it very clear that he has no control over what the Food Network does,' Bethels said, according to PageSix.com.

'This is not about the agreement, it’s not really about justice. It’s about revenge,' he stated.

The lawyer also revealed that Flay has paid his ex-wife 'well above'  what was required in the pre-nup.

The judge also didn't buy the Law & Order star's demand for more money for her moving costs, pointing out that Flay had paid $8,000 for the movers and saying it was 'odd' that she had chosen to have people fly out from LA to help her rather than someone local.

Flay filed for divorce in April and the relationship between the two celebrities quickly descended into acrimony and recrimination as they fought over money.

During the divorce  March accused the chef of repeatedly cheating on her during the ten years they were together, while Flay's team accused March of digging dirt in order to get a larger divorce payout

In June, a rep for March denied she'd been behind a stunt involving a small plane trailing a banner that spelled out cheater' overhead as the chef was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

And in October, Time Square's topless desnudas ambushed Flay at the New York City Wine and Food Festival where they paraded round with the word 'cheater' painted across their bare chests.

They declined to reveal the name of the mystery client who'd hired them and March's lawyer denied the actress as involved.
