Far from being dismayed that her teen daughter had used fillers in her lips, it seems Kim Zolciak may have joined her.

The 37-year-old made an overly showy attempt to cover her lips as she and daughter Brielle passed by press photographers at LAX on Wednesday.

The reality star used a scarf to hide the lower half of her face, while her 18-year-old held a sweater to her mouth.

The ostentatious attempt to hide her face immediately raised suspicions that Zolciak - who continues to deny widespread speculation of a recent nose job - may have joined Brielle in enhancing her lips.

Mother-of-six Kim has had many cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures over the years, including breast enhancements, a tummy tuck, Botox and fillers.

Before they headed to LAX Brielle took to Instagram to reveal that she had undergone lip injections to plump up her pout.

The Don't Be Tardy star had the procedure done by the same cosmetic dermatologist responsible for fellow teen Kylie Jenner's infamously enlarged lips.

For their arrival at LAX Kim was dressed casually for the arrival, sporting a loose-fitting grey T-shirt, worn tucked into a pair of skintight, light wash jeans.

She coupled those with a pair of heeled, blue suede ankle booties, and was seen carrying a coordinating blue roller suitcase.

Her long blonde tresses were styled in soft waves, and worn in a half-up, half-down 'do with wisps of hair framing her face.

Nothing to hide: Meanwhile, Kim's 14-year-old daughter Ariana looked relaxed as she arrived, walking casually without having to cover her face

She covered her face with over-sized sunglasses as well as a soft, navy blue scarf, obscuring her mouth as she arrived at the Los Angeles airport.

Daughter Ariana, 14, looked comfortable in a maroon, hooded sweatshirt, worn with a pair of dark wash skinny jeans and tan boots.

She wore her long, blonde locks in a side part, with a stylish braid and the rest left down, styled sleek and straight.

Leading the way: Brielle and Kim followed behind Ariana as the trio made their way through the Los Angeles airport on Wednesday

Brielle wore a form-fitting maroon sweater, coupled with a pair of dark wash jeans and knee-high brown leather boots.

Her brunette locks were pulled back into a ponytail, and she hid her eyes behind a pair of gold-rimmed sunglasses.

The teenager held a bright blue sweatshirt up to her face to cover her new lips, despite debuting the results in a video on her Instagram account. It showed her being injected with fillers.

Caught on camera: The teen reality star filmed her doctor using a needle and measuring her mouth

Along with the close-up video that showed her mouth being jabbed by a needle, Brielle wrote on Instagram: 'My lips are my biggest insecurity and I'm so happy w my results now!'

She went on to thank Dr Simon Ourian, who does Botox on her mother and also has other famous clients including Kylie and Lisa Rinna.

Kylie, who spent years denying having lip injections despite first getting them done at 16, has previously praised Dr Ourian for his 'super natural' results on her.

He has also done stretchmark treatments on Kim Kardashian and cellulite-reducing laser for Khloe Kardashian.

Brielle, who is based in Atlanta with her family, visited the Beverly Hills clinic while in LA with her mother for the finale of Dancing With The Stars, which took place on Tuesday evening.

'LA': Brielle has been showing off her plump pout on her Instagram page over the last few days

Earlier this year Brielle denied rumours she'd undergone a breast enlargement.

She raised eyebrows after showing off a noticeably larger chest on social media.

But she insisted that she hadn't gone under the knife, attributing her busty physique to a 'really good bra'.

Before sharing the Instagram video of her lip procedure, she took to Twitter to rave about how 'blessed' she is.

What boob job? Brielle, pictured left in June and and right in 2013, denied having a breast enlargement after rumours surfaced earlier this year

She wrote: 'I'm in a very good place in my life. A lot of big things are coming and I've never been happier than I am now! Beyond blessed!!'

Brielle, who is the oldest of Kim's six children, recently split from her long-term boyfriend Slade Osbourne.

She recently graduation from high school and has hopes for a career in Hollywood.

She eventually wants to becoming a TV presenter like Giuliana Rancic and was shown spending a day on the set of E! News during a recent episode of Don't Be Tardy.
