The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), a division of the American Library Association, has released new Building STEAM with Día book lists for children from birth to 8th grade.

The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) has awarded Building STEAM with Día mini-grants to 18 libraries. Mini-grants funds will be used by awarded libraries to develop programs that will focus on bringing culturally diverse and appropriate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities to awarded communities.

CHICAGO — The 2015 Día National Program Registry is now open, and the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) is inviting libraries to begin registering their upcoming programs. By using the national registry, libraries help build a searchable database that showcases all types and sizes of library programs that highlight Diversity In Action.
