Bindi Irwin has received approval from a judge to collect her more than $350,000 in pay after winning Dancing With The Stars.

The contestant's contract had to be filed with the court since she's a minor.

Payment had been held up after the court sought proof that her late father Steve Irwin had given up all rights to her earnings.

The Crocodile Hunter star died in 2006 after being attacked by a stingray while snorkeling near Queensland, Australia.

Bindi's mother Terri previously signed a form giving up all rights to any money Bindi earned on DWTS.

The judge also asked for the same release from Bindi's father.

Bindi's contract called for her to be paid a guaranteed $125,000 with increases for remaining in the competition.

The Australian star received an additional $10,000 per week for advancing to weeks three and four and another $15,000 for making it to week five.
