Her body has been reaping the rewards of consistent dance training this past year. 

And there's little doubt Rumer Willis was more than happy to flash the fruits of her training when she stepped out in Miami on Sunday.

The 27-year-old put her toned belly on display when she made her exit from the Olympia Theater on the final day in Miami of her show, SWAY: A Dance Trilogy.

Rumer appeared to have just finished up the final performance for SWAY when she headed outside of the theater with her hands full.

On top of the two shopping bags she carried, Rumer had a third one slung over her elbow, filled with items that appeared to be clothing. 

Comfort was clearly a top priority for Rumer, who ditched the glam wear for a pair of slouchy grey trousers, black sandals, and a beanie.

It has been a whirlwind year thus far for Rumer, who slows no signs of slowing down. 

Aside from starring as Roxie Hart on Chicago and winning Dancing With The Stars, Rumer has been appearing on SWAY: A Dance Trilogy.

The show has been split into three parts and also features the likes of DWTS' Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Peta Murgatroyd and Tony Dovolani and has been a hit since its debut in July.

Maksim became engaged to Peta after he popped the question to her following a Saturday night performance of Sway. 

Meanwhile, Rumer naturally jumped at the chance to take part in Sway, recently unveiling her new dancer tattoo on her arm and explaining how much her time on the show had meant to her.

She wrote on Instagram: 'I got this as a reminder that what we are searching for can only be found within yourself....not from your job, how much money you make, who your dating, how many followers you have.

'The value and love you have for yourself can only come from within and I am so grateful to have had such an incredible experience to help me understand that.'
