Nick Cannon and Nicole Murphy have sparked rumors that they are dating.

The two stars were pictured enjoying a romantic dinner together in West Hollywood over the weekend, according to TMZ.

Oddly, after their meal, the 35-year-old and his date, 47, were then seen shopping for furniture together.

The America's Got Talent host and the retired model were seen grabbing dinner in West Hollywood together, dressed to the nines for the occasion.

Following their meal they went furniture shopping, which seemed to reignite rumors - that began earlier this year - that the pair were together.

No doubt the pair with famous exes were having a grand old time together as they were spotted sharing a few laughs together on the outing.

However, though it appeared that the two were on a date, sources close to Nick and Nicole told TMZ that they are just 'friends.'

Nick confirmed in August of last year that he and wife Mariah Carey had ended their relationship and filed for divorce in December. They share four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.

His ex has since moved on with Australian billionaire James Packer, with the two making their red carpet debut as a couple in September at The Intern film premiere.

The co-owner of a brand of Moscato wine called Destiny, meanwhile, split from her fiancé Michael Strahan last year, following a five-year engagement.

Nicole also officially divorced Eddie Murphy in 2006, but the duo co-parent their five children; Bria, 25, Myles, 22, Shayne, 20, Zola, 15 and 13-year-old Bella.

Her 54-year-old ex is now dating model Paige Butcher who is expecting their first child.
