We reveal how to get the enviable physiques of the stars.

This week: Naomie Harris's ankles.

Naomie Harris is the picture of glamour in a dress showing her elegant ankles. It's not surprising the 39-year-old actress is in such good shape, as she prepared for her role as Miss Moneypenny in the latest Bond film, Spectre, with gruelling workouts.

Harris says she still works hard to stay in shape, swimming and practising gyrotronics

'I was given a personal trainer who took me out five days a week doing kickboxing, circuit training, stunt training including driving and working with weapons,' she has said. When not working on a role, Harris says she still works hard to stay in shape, swimming and practising gyrotronics - a mixture of Pilates, gymnastics and Tai Chi.

What to try:

Narrow ankles are accentuated by shapely calf muscles. To work them, try doing single leg hops.

Stand on your left leg and bend your right knee at a 90-degree angle so your right foot is behind you. Hop as high as you can on your left leg, driving upwards with your right knee and swinging your arms for elevation. Your left knee should bend just enough to cushion your landing - land softly on the ball of your foot. Repeat this ten times before switching legs.
