Adele wows in glittering black gown during showstopping performance in Germany after breaking yet another world record

She's just broken another world record, after her new album 25 became the first to sell more than a million copies in two weeks.

And singer Adele looked happy with that achievement during her latest TV performance in Cologne, Germany on Sunday night, for the RTL Television review of the year.

The 27-year-old mother-of-one stunned in a glittering black gown for her only live performance in Germany this year.

She donned sparkling number, which kept her covered up, with long sleeves, a high neckline and a full skirt.

The Rumour Has It hitmaker wore her blonde locks in carefully styled loose waves around her shoulders, a classic look for the record-breaking singer.

She went for a typically-glamorous make-up look, with dark eye shadow, blushed pink cheeks and elegant red lips.

The Sunday night show was hosted by Günther Jauch, who spoke to celebrity guests and members of the public about their experiences, making the year what it was.

The TV spectacular looked at 2015's main events, including political and economic issues - funny and sad stories alike.

Other guests were FC Bayern Munich football player Robert Lewandowski, TV presenter Thomas Gottschalk, Mayor of Cologne Henriette Reker, actor Til Schweiger and former Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle.

But just a couple of hours after tickets went on sale they appeared on reselling websites for up to ten times their value.

That's despite the singer's website stating that the ‘resale of tickets will not be tolerated’.
