James Pattinson will replace injured quick Mitchell Starc in the Australia team for this week's opening test against West Indies after being preferred to Nathan Coulter-Nile. Pattinson, who will play his first test since March last year, joins Josh Hazlewood and Peter Siddle in the pace attack in Hobart.
