Where is the love? Rihanna, Madonna and Lana Del Rey are snubbed by the Grammys (but don't worry, Adele wasn't ignored… she's just not eligible yet)

The Grammy nominations were announced on Monday morning with Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd doing well.

But several names were left off the list. Rihanna, Madonna and Lana Del Rey were all looked over for their work. And several big stars received only small nods.

Adele, who is projected to have one of the biggest albums of the year, was not snubbed as she released 25 after the cut-off date for nominations.

No go: The Grammys have often left Bieber off the list. And this year was more of the same, though he did get a mention for Where Are U Now, his collaboration with Skrillex. But his eligible track What Do You Mean? had more layers and craft to it that his previous work and stood out for him as a new sound
