Happy Days! Ron Howard FINALLY receives a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame while supported by daughter Bryce Dallas
His screen CV is probably longer than Hollywood Boulevard itself.
Nevertheless it took until December 2015 for Ron Howard to be finally honoured on the Walk Of Fame.
The 61-year-old was awarded the 2,568th star on the famous Tinseltown trail on Thursday.

The director's family including wife Cheryl, daughter Bryce Dallas and son-in-law Seth Gabel came out to support him at the ceremony.
Also cheering him on were his long time collaborators Brian Grazer and Michael Keaton.
The four-time Oscar nominee and two-time winner has one of the longest continuing screen careers going, starting with an uncredited appearance in the 1956 film Frontier Woman at the age of just two.

By age six he had landed a main role in The Andy Griffith Show, playing Griffith's son young son Opie for eight years.
Two years later he starred as another cop's son, this time played by Henry Fonda's, in the drama series The Smith Family.
But it was in 1974 when the 20-year-old Howard landed his most recognizable TV role as Richie Cunningham in Happy Days, which ran for ten years and 171 episodes after that.

As Happy Days was preparing to jump the shark, Howard moved into directing, and is responsible for some of Hollywood's most memorable yet wildly differing films, including Splash, Cocoon, Backdraft, Willow, Far And Away, Apollo 13, The Grinch, Cinderella Man, The Da Vinci Code, Rush, and most recently, Chris Hemsworth's In The Heart Of The Sea.
In 2002 he also won Best Picture and Best Director for A Beautiful Mind.
Howard is currently directing the third part of the Dan Brown's Robert Langdon trilogy, Inferno, once again starring Tom Hanks as the symbologist.

He married actress Cheryl Alley in 1975, celebrating his 40th wedding anniversary on June 7 of this year.
