Which of the Champions League teams who have dropped down are seeded?

Manchester United are among the seeded teams so they cannot be paired with a side which won their Europa League group. They can meet Valencia, who also dropped out of the Champions League.

Best case draw for Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham?

Manchester United will be hoping they are paired with a side which does not require a lengthy journey for the away leg. Sion would be a comfortable tie for the Red Devils.
