Alessandra Ambrosio looked relaxed while getting a start on her Christmas shopping on Thursday.

The Victoria's Secret model took her seven-year-old daughter Anja to a bookstore in Brentwood, Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old dressed down for the relaxed outing in slouchy grey sweatpants.

The Brazilian looked serious and carried a brown paper shopping bag after picking up a few books at a local bookstore.

Alessandra, whose Victoria's Secret Fashion Show just aired on December 8, wore comfortable grey sweatpants with a black drawstring, and added black flats.

The model, who is engaged to her businessman partner Jamie Mazur, left her brown hair down and wore minimal make-up.
