Ginger and her husband Ben Aaron, a news correspondent for NBC, got married in June 2014 and announced they were expecting a baby this summer.
They later revealed they were having a boy during a baby-themed obstacle course on the morning show in July.

'We are elated to have the opportunity to be parents. Motherhood will absolutely be my most extreme adventure yet!' she shared.
Ginger has documented the details of her pregnancy on Good Morning America, doing prenatal yoga on the show and dressing up in fun maternity costumes on Halloween, as well as on a blog on ABC's website.
On December 8, she confirmed on her blog that she has scheduled a C-section for next week due to her baby's upside-down position in her womb.
Dancing with the bump: The TV personality's burgeoning belly was cradled by Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough in the fall
Cute couple: Ben and Ginger got married in June 2014 and announced they were expecting a baby this summer
Ready for baby: Ginger posted this sweet Instagram snap showing children's books and stuffed animals in her baby's nursery
'I had my 37 week appointment and my baby boy is still breech, but now his bottom is lodged in my pelvis and his head is positioned under my right ribs and feet under my left ribs. He’s basically in a “v” position and "quite a healthy size," according to my doctor.
'His position, plus the fact that I don't have a ton of extra fluid made a version (a procedure where the doctor manually tries to flip the baby from the outside) less advisable.'
In November, she complained of pregnancy pain and weight gain, writing: 'My underwear doesn't fit right anymore. The only fabric I can comfortably dress in is cotton jersey. I'm leaking from almost everywhere. My back is still painful when I sit and I've started finding myself out of breath for no good reason.'
Fortunately, Ginger only has one more week of discomfort to go, and then she'll finally get to meet her baby son.
