Weary Shia LaBeouf looks exhausted as he leaves his first day of work after setting up his own call centre as part of art installation

He stunned fans when he set up his own call centre.

Yet Shia LaBeouf has clearly taken the reaction in his stride as he left his first day of 'work' in his latest out-landish art installation which has seen him encouraging members of the public to phone him and 'touch his soul.'

The 29-year-old Transformers actor looked glum as he left his first full day at the project which involves him setting up his own call center in Liverpool's Fact gallery as part of the #TouchMySoul exhibition.

Shia looked shattered, no doubt the result of chatting away all day, as he walked down the road in an oversized khaki coat with a fur trimmed hood - the perfect accessory for the brusque British weather.

He tucked grey tracksuit bottoms into white socks while sporting black running trainers while he shielded his face with a baseball cap.

The handsome actor's face was obscured with facial hair although he maintained a completely deadpan expression as he went away ahead of the first day of the exhibition.

The entire showcase is being live streamed while people can visit the gallery to watch the exhibit in person.
