Lately, Yolanda Foster has been quite optimistic in the wake of her split from husband David Foster.

And on Friday, the 51-year-old model reiterated that sentiment, albeit via a somewhat bizarre Instagram snapshot.

At the beginning of December, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her now-estranged husband announced that their marriage was over.

Her caption was more straightforward, stating 'First day of the rest of my life.......'

She then added a plethora of hashtags to the post, including '#DefiningMoment #NewBeginnings #OneFootInFronttOfTheOther #HomeSweetHome.'

The reality star has been living in a condominium as depicted on the latest season of RHOBH, but it seems the post about 'new beginnings' could be hinting that she has moved into a new home.

Besides keeping herself positive, she's also taken to the social networking site to encourage her two daughters as their careers continue to take off.

While rumors have swirled as to what caused the demise of the couple's marriage, Yolanda recently tried to set the record straight with a call into Watch What Happens: Live, where she addressed the factors that led to their split.

Yolanda admitted the 'turbulent circumstances' of her illness, which she has been battling since 2012, proved 'extremely challenging' and 'changed the dynamic' of her marriage to music producer David.

While Yolanda is still struggling with Lyme disease, the TV star is said to be mobile again and feels a lot better.

She went out of her way however to praise their four-year marriage, and refused to blame her husband for not being able to support her through her sickness.
