Canonball! Bindi Irwin leaps into a creek with her Dancing With The Stars partner Derek Hough in Queensland
He showed her the ropes and their efforts saw her take home the coveted mirror ball trophy on Dancing With The Stars.
Now Bindi Irwin has been showing her dance partner Derek Hough her native Australia.
After introducing him to a rhinoceros, kangaroos and koalas at her 'home' of Australia Zoo, the 17-year-old wildlife warrior and the Utah-native Derek went swimming in a creek.
Canon ball! Bindi Irwin continues to enjoy her time off in Australia as she takes her Dancing With The Stars partner Derek Hough swimming at Gardners Falls about 45km west of the Sunshine Coast
The daughter of the late Steve 'Crocodile Hunter' Irwin shared a short video of her leaping into the water from a significant height, fully clothed in her Australia Zoo khakis.
Blowing a kiss to the camera, the teen waved and said 'bye' before leaping feet first into the water, only to resurface moments later waving for the camera again.
In the caption, she wrote: 'Best afternoon with rope swings & waterfalls & amazing people,' as she tagged in 30-year-old Derek and Luke Reavley, who accompanied her to the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards on Wednesday.
Believed to be taken at Gardners Falls about 45km west of the Sunshine Coast, the video has so far garnered over 71,000 likes.
