Eleven days into LOVE magazine's string of sexy surprises, Alessandra Ambrosio has taken her spot for the fifth year in a row.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel showed her patriotism - and plenty of her incredible bikini body - as she stripped down for the latest advent calendar video.

Alessandra, 34, looked lithe in nothing but a stars and stripes two-piece and Daisy Dukes as she posed up a storm in front of the Star-Spangled Banner before whipping off her top and taking the flag with her for a dip.

Dripping in Boucheron fine jewellery and soaked from a dip in the swimming pool, the brunette went for a more natural look with wet hair and minimal make-up.

The video, which was directed by Doug Inglish and styled by Anthony Unwin, sees the sultry star doubling up her denim in a retro jacket and eye-wateringly short shorts before parring down the image to just a pair of starred bikini bottoms and a striped top.

Catwalk star Alessandra was not without a pair of skyscraper heels to further elongate her frame, even so.

She was cast on the 11th day by Anita Bitton with Digital Art Direction from Jonny Lu as she joined such calendar girls as Gigi Hadid, Pamela Anderson, Irina Shayk and Emily Ratajkowski in the role.

The mum-of-two is originally from Brazil but she was representing on behalf of her US counterparts on Friday.

Alessandra, happily coupled up with boyfriend Jamie Mazur for seven years now, is mum to Noah and Anja.

In 2012, the day before she gave birth to her son Noah Phoenix Ambrosio Mazur, she modelled for a shoot for LOVE Magazine Issue 11 A Costume Drama for Autumn/Winter 2012, proud to show her body in full pregnancy bloom.

She was also LOVE magazine's Day 18 star in 2014 for the advent calendar, Day 20 in 2013, Day 17 in 2012 and Day 5 in 2011.

Alessandra is the third highest paid model, earning $5M in 2014 and tying with fellow VS Angel Karlie Kloss.
