'We've been waiting our whole lives for you!' Barry's Bootcamp CEO Joey Gonzalez and husband Jonathan Rollo welcome baby girl Francesca Isabella Gonzollo via surrogate

Joey Gonzalez and his husband Jonathan Rollo have welcomed a baby girl into the world via surrogate.

Francesca Isabella Gonzollo, whose last name is a combination of her fathers', was born on Wednesday, December 2 in York, Pennsylvania, weighing 7lbs, 11oz. Joey, who is the CEO of Barry's Bootcamp, an international fitness boutique beloved by celebrities, took to his Facebook page that day to share a photo of them with their baby girl.

'Thank you all for checking in constantly and sharing in the excitement,' the 37-year-old wrote. 'Just when you think you've experienced and done so much in life, this happens. Nothing can prepare you for this moment.'

In the heartwarming family portrait, the couple can be seen wearing hospital gowns as 37-year-old Jonathan holds Francesca. Joey is right beside him, holding the infants tiny hand. Both of the men are lovingly gazing at their daughter. 

Meanwhile, Jonathan, who is a chef and founder of Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop, an organic chain restaurant, posted an equally precious Instagram photo of him and Joey staring into each other's eyes as they stand over Francesca, who is laying in a hospital bassinet.  

'Welcome to the world FRANCESCA ISABELLA GONZOLLO!' he wrote. 'We have been thinking about you for so long and now you are here, healthy and happy. You are a miracle and for the second time, I've fallen in love at first site!'

Only one woman: Jonathan and Joey shared this adorable announcement on their social media pages a few months after learning that Dayna was pregnant with Francesca

The couple, who have been together for 10 years and legally married in California and New York before same-sex marriage became recognized nationwide, told People they searched for an egg donor and surrogate for six months before they chose Dayna, a 35-year-old stay-at-home mom from Pennsylvania, to help them start their family. 

'When they presented Dayna it was the best-case scenario,' Joey told the outlet. 'She's the most maternal person I've ever met. She's just an exceptionally sweet, loving person. You can tell that family is a huge priority for her'

An egg fertilized by each man was transferred into Dayna's uterus in February, however, neither Joey nor Jonathan believe it matters who is Francesca's biological father. 

'Our position is that this baby is our child, not necessarily Joey’s or not necessarily mine, but ours,' Jonathan told People earlier this year. 'Unless for a medical need we have to determine the paternity, we’re going to avoid that.'

Fitness fanatic: Joey is the CEO of Barry's Bootcamp, an international fitness boutique beloved by celebrities. The 37-year-old is pictured flexing at one of his new gyms in Hollywood 

In August, Joey and Jonathan shared the joyous news on their Instagram pages in August.

The couple are pictured in tuxedos and standing with a little girls dress and shoes in between them. 'One woman can come between us - coming Thanksgiving 2015,' reads the text.  

Francesca, who was due November 27, came five days late, and after two weeks of fatherhood, Joey noted that it has been an 'amazing journey, nothing short of a miracle'. 

'The process for us was obviously longer than normal, so it feels like a dream to finally have her in our arms,' he added.

Growing family: The couple, who split their time between New York and Los Angeles, said they plan on having more children in the future 

Just a few months before Francesca's birth, Joey and Jonathan, who split their time between New York and Los Angeles, revealed that they intend of growing their family even larger and having multiple children. 

Actress Jessica Biel helped throw the couple a baby shower last month, and Jonathan shared a photo Joey and himself joined by the host as they held up Justin Timberlake for a playful picture. 

'Love and friendship. There is nothing more powerful,' he wrote. 'Thank you Jess and Kevin for a beautiful evening as we prepare for Baby Girl Gonzollo. You will be getting 3am "What do we do?!" calls.'
