The good people of Los Angeles are having to endure the mildly chilly California cold December temperatures.

And it gave Selma Blair the perfect excuse to slip into an ostentatious faux fur coat as she went walkabout at a shopping centre in Hollywood on Wednesday.

The saucy stunner looked like she was loving the attention as she effortlessly turned heads at the bustling Grove mall.

And why not, for she certainly put on quite the display in her striking jacket, sky blue babydoll dress, and chunky leather shoes.

The 43-year-old sex kitten completed her look with a bold mascara job that drew attention to her feline eyes.

It was the second time in the space of two days she had been spotted in Hollywood, for she had earlier been recording scenes for a new film project.

Selma's latest movie offering is unknown, but she has just wrapped filming on American Crime Story in which she stars as a young, and no doubt typically tasteful, Kris Jenner.

The limited series is centred around the OJ Simpson trial which took place from 1994 to 1995.

Back in May, the self-styled momager gave the Anger Management actress her seal of approval, insisting, 'I think Selma is great.'

Robert was one of the attorneys that represented former NFL star Simpson in the murder trial centred around the death of the athlete's ex wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.

The television series is a true crime anthology which follows the famous trial. It is a companion series to American Horror Story as it was created by the same producers.
