Jennifer wore a black top with a striking high-waisted black and white skirt. She teamed the ensemble with a pair of modest black heels with straps at the ankle and across the toes.

As she gracefully sauntered into the night clasping her hands down in front of her, her lithe pins were fully on display.

Her wavy blonde shoulder-length blonde locks framed her flawlessly applied face. The star wore a flash of dark red lipstick and plenty of eye-liner.

Work a wintry hue like Jennifer in her Burberry coat

She's got another film release imminent and it's all systems go when it comes to promotion for the new blockbuster, Joy. Jennifer was hard at work promoting the last installment of The Hunger Games just a month ago and now she's making appearances all over the world once again for this project too.

The star has been wowing us with her looks of late, donning a lot of Dior of course but also Michael Kors Collection and Mugler to name just a few designers. But as she headed for a Q&A here in Leicester Square, she extended her repertoire yet again in a Burberry coat.

Burberry have a lot of picks in this pretty plum hue up for grabs on their website but J-Law's is custom-made for her. You can pick an almost identical option up though, click right to invest.

On Thursday, Jennifer attended the London première for Joy, directed by David O. Russell and co-starring Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro.

In the film, she takes on a more comedic role than Hunger Games' Katniss Everdeen and X Men's Mystique as she plays titular character Joy Mangano.

Following a family across four generations, Joy takes on the responsibility of becoming founder and matriarch of a powerful business dynasty.

The film premiered in New York on Monday and has already earned her a nomination for the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy or Musical.

The movie has also been nominated for a Best Picture - Musical or Comedy Golden Globe, and luckily Jennifer, unlike many actors, had planned to sit through it in the screening.

'I think it's important to watch my performances,' Jennifer recently told Business Insider. 'It's kind of like an athlete watching, because I can see if I repeat something, or I didn't believe that moment, why?'
