Supermom! Gisele Bundchen lends a helping hand by carrying the hockey gear after her son's practice in chilly Boston

She's an iconic catwalk queen who announced her runway retirement earlier this year.

But Gisele Bundchen was every inch the hands-on mom when she helped out her six-year-old son Benjamin following his hockey practice on Saturday.

The 35-year-old clutched her little boy's hockey stick during the outing in Boston, Massachusetts, which is not far from the suburb where she lives with her family.

Gisele was hard-to-miss with her winter ready gear.

The model donned a thick beige turtleneck sweater which partially obscured her face, on top of tight jeans, brown boots, and an olive green windbreaker.

Looking fresh face, the catwalk queen kept her hairdo low-key as well, sweeping her glossy strands over her head.

The star also had a multicoloured duffle bag slung over the shoulder.

Gisele shares son Benajmin and three-year-old daughter Vivian with her husband of six years, Tom Brady.

Tom also has an eight-year-old son John from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Though Gisele retired from the catwalk earlier this year, that doesn't mean she hasn't stopped working.

Earlier this month, the super star showcased her musical talents in a new video for Chanel.

The model is seen strumming a tune on a guitar and singing before she explains the power of perfume, and how scent has the ability to transport her decades.

'You know when someone wears a fragrance, and then 20 years later you're like someplace else and someone passes along and they're wearing the same fragrance?' The model reflected. 'And you have the memory of 20 years before from that person, just because of the smell,' she added.
