Can't rain on her parade! Bethenny Frankel battles wet New York weather with help of daughter Bryn

A little bit of rain doesn't put Bethenny Frankel, off her stride.

The Skinnygirl founder was joined by daughter Bryn Hoppy as they made their way through the soggy streets of New York on Friday. 

The duo managed to battle the rain as they nestled themselves under an extra large umbrella.

Bethenny paired a simple white T-shirt with dark trousers under an oversize knit sweater.

The multi-million dollar businesswoman was rainy-weather prepped in a pair of black rain boots.

The 45-year-old managed to balance a bright blue purse, an extra coat and her daughter's backpack with a large Skinnygirl umbrella.

The reality star's daughter was brightly dressed in a coat-of-many colours of sorts, with its oversize orange, green and red flowers pressed neatly against a navy background.

Bryn wore a rose-print purple knee-length dress and matching ballet flats.

The little one's hair was pulled back and decorated with a large bow and bright pink headband.

Skinnygirl founder Bethenny was allegedly in a legal battle over the name Tipsy Girl with fellow Real Housewives Of New York star Sonja Morgan. 52, according toPage Six.

Peter Guimaraes, Sonja's partner in her attempted business venture, spoke with the news outlet, citing that Bethenny is 'threatened' by their brand, and claimed it wasn't a 'copycat nor competition,' due to the fact that there are no weight loss claims. 

The site also reported that Bethenny was attempting to trademark Tipsygirl (one word) in attempts to prevent confusion with her brand.

 A source reportedly revealed to People that Bethenny's goal is 'making sure consumers are not confused,' and also believes that Peter's goal was to attract media attention with the use of her brand.
