'Check her pulse!' Tammy gets pushed to floor and knocked unconscious by her nephew on Real Housewives Of Atlanta

There was drink-fuelled drama on Sunday night's episode of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta when one of Cynthia Bailey's friends got rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

Tammy, who joined Cynthia and the other Housewives on their Miami vacation, was taken away by paramedics after tempers flared and her nephew Glen Rice Jr knocked her to the floor.

As security members descended on out-of-control Glen and pinned him on the ground, the terrified women surrounded unconscious Tammy.

'Call an ambulance. Check her pulse,' they screamed, before reviving Cynthia's friend with a cold compress.

'If security wasn't present, I hate to think about what would have happened,' a shaken Kenya Moore said.

'This guy's a ticking time bomb. Nothing in his path mattered, including Tammy,' Kenya added in reference to Glen who is the son of former NBA player Glen Rice.

The Housewives' Miami trip turned into chaos as the alcohol flowed and tensions rose between the women and their guests.

While Porsha Williams turned her attentions to male friend Oliver, twerking and shaking her bikini-clad behind in his direction, Glen began snapping at her friends.

After warning pregnant Kandi Burruss not to disrespect him, he back chatted the other Housewives around the pool and told Kenya she was 'full of s***'.

'He makes me uncomfortable,' Kenya told Kandi. 'He's very aggressive. I think he needs to go.'

Confronting Glen inside the house, Kenya said: 'I've been trying to talk to you all day. You've been really weird. You've made other people feel uncomfortable here. I just want you to leave.'

Glen, not taking her request well, walked towards Kenya and branded her a 'little b****' as she backed away.

As security swarmed the house, Glen's temper flared and he tried to push his aunt Tammy out of the way, knocking her to the floor and leaving her unconscious.

While Tammy was being taken away in an ambulance, some of the other Housewives questioned whether Kenya's reaction to Glen had been too over-the-top.

'This could all have been avoided had Kenya minded her own business,' Phaedra Parks said.

'That's Tammy's nephew. She could have handled it. If people are not playing Kenya's game, she doesn't want them around.'

While tensions were rising around them, Porsha Williams had a more enjoyable evening, flirting with new love interest Oliver and making it clear that ex-boyfriend Duke Williams was far from her mind.

'Considering I haven't heard from Duke lately, I would consider myself single,' she said. 'Oliver is not ready for all this juiciness.'

Oliver had the other Housewives in stitches as he tried to smoothly strut towards where an excitable Porsha was sitting in the hot tub - but slipped and fell into the water.

Unfazed, Porsha told him: 'I make my own money, I have great businesses. I just need a man for support and love.'

Following the bust up between Tammy, Glen and Kenya, Kim Fields decided enough was enough, packed her suitcase and checked into a hotel.

'I'm going to a hotel. It's just my own comfort zone. It did not have to happen,' she told her friends before turning her back and walking out of the house.

'Bye b****, bye,' Kenya snapped.

Kandi followed in Kim's footsteps the following day and called husband Todd to tell him she was on her way home.

'Todd and I worked too hard for this baby for me to even be in a situation where something could happen,' she explained.

Kenya and Cynthia were left open-mouthed when Kandi informed them Tammy and Glen had turned back up at the house after they went to bed.

After watching a video, which showed Tammy standing in the doorway in a robe and hospital socks, Kenya asked: 'How did she even get past the gate?'

'She must have jumped the gate,' Kandi laughed.

'It's like it's a horror movie,' Kenya screeched.

Phaedra, meanwhile, broke down in tears as she admitted to Sheree Whitfield that she was still uncomfortable with Kenya's reaction to Glen and said everyone needed to be wary about incorrectly 'labeling' people.

'I was in St Louis when Mike Brown got killed,' she revealed. 'I sat with that boy's mother.'

Sobbing, she added: 'That could be our kid.'

Porsha, however, was in higher spirits as she prepared for a date with Oliver and sprayed every crevice with perfume.

Referring to her pet name for her breasts, she quipped: 'Last night Oliver might have got a chance to meet Coco and Chanel, but tonight he will get to meet all of Porsha – just not ALL of Porsha.'

After ending their date with a kiss, she woke the other women up to tell them all the details and gushed: 'It was amazing. He drove the conversation.'

Back in Atlanta, Kenya and Kim sat down for dinner and Kim opened up about why she felt she had to leave Miami.

'It was a bit much, quite honestly,' she told Kenya. 'I'm not going to be around a situation where I feel unsafe, most especially when it crosses a line.

'Tammy got hurt. It didn't seem like it had to happen that way. It just seemed like you were manufacturing some drama,' Kim told her.

'When you provoke somebody and accuse them of things, that's something that I'm not going to take part in,' she added.

Kenya protested 'that's not how it happened' and the pair agreed to put their differences aside.

'As long a we've got respect going on and we can agree to disagree like grown folk, then I'm cool,' Kim said.
