She's been making the most of the beautiful beaches in Barbados during her annual break to the Caribbean.

And it seemed nothing had changed on Sunday as Lauren Silverman took her 19-month-old son Eric out for some seaside fun.

The brunette beauty, 38, seemed to be in good spirits as she enjoyed another day of sun, sand and sea with her little one.

The socialite looked effortlessly chic and beach ready as she donned a crisp white shirt over a multicoloured bikini.

And she added a touch of glamour with an elegant gold necklace around her neck and a chunky watch and bracelets draped over her wrist.

She hid her chestnut tresses under a white trilby, whilst her eyes were covered by a pair of mirrored aviators.

Lauren Silverman took the opportunity to grab boyfriend Simon Cowell following the XFactor finals last week and take him to sunny Barbados. The super fit mom was spotted at their hotel in a striped triangle bikini from Melissa Odbash which really highlighted her stunning figure. Ahoy Lauren!

But whilst Lauren doted on the cute toddler she also enjoyed some quality time with her nine-year-old son Adam from her ex-husband Andrew Silverman.

Later in the day, the buxom beauty was seen stepping into the sea for a cooling dip, this time wearing a chic crochet-knit kaftan.

It was a solo moment for the star, who took a very brief break from doting on her youngest to enjoy the surf around her feet, while she made sure to keep hydrated with a bottle of water.

And the holiday also saw Lauren taking the couple's beloved pups for a walk along the sand, as she was joined by a pal and pooches Squiddly and Diddly for their daily stroll.

Before making the trip to Barbados, the trio enjoyed a brief family break to New York to squeeze in some more quality time together before their annual break.

On Saturday, Simon made an appearance as he enjoyed a ride on a jetski with his girlfriend.

Also on holiday with the family has been Sinitta, who brought along her children and boyfriend Jason Gale along for the festivities.

The traditional winter getaway usually attracts a host of large names, with Tulisa, Sarah-Jane Crawford and Union J all jetting to the Caribbean last year for Simon's New Year's Eve bash.

This year Olly Murs is set to be one of the star's making the trip, with The Mirror reporting that The X Factor host is looking forward to a 'lads on tour' vibe.
