Paloma Faith puts on a busty display in a plunging LBD as she steals the limelight from fellow judges Boy George, will.i.am and Ricky Wilson at The Voice photocall

She's the only female judge on the show.

And Paloma Faith used that fact to her advantage at the launch of the fifth series of The Voice UK, on Monday, as she stole the limelight from her fellow judges in a plunging black dress.

Opting for a daring and saucy sartorial selection, the 34-year-old pop star slipped into a figure-hugging black dress which featured an extreme plunging neckline.

Lining up alongside show stalwarts Will.I.Am and Ricky Wilson, as well as fellow newcomer Boy George, the Ready For The Good Life singer made sure all eyes were - thanks to her wardrobe.

Choosing to channel a retro-meets-modern vibe, the stylishly sassy pop star slipped into a figure-hugging black velvet dress.

Featuring plunging neckline which reach down past her sternum, Paloma flashed more than a hint of her alabaster skin and cleavage.

Featuring a double breasted detailing and large shoulder pads, the garment perfectly embodied the singer's love of yesteryear while also remaining fashionably on-point.

Adding a further touch of glitz and glamour to her look, the singer accessorised with a brace of golden rings.

Wearing her long golden mane in a perfectly tousled centre-parting, Paloma let her tresses tumble down around her shoulders - while she added a flash of colour to her look with a coating of scarlet lipstick.

However her fellow judges for the BBC show gave her a run for her money in the style stakes - especially Boy George.

Wearing a black suit and shirt, the '80s pop icon showed he still has a flare for the more outrageous side of fashion as she donned an over-sized pink peaked cap.

Officially launching the fifth series of the hit show - the last that will be aired on the BBC - the presenters and judges looked to be in high spirits ahead of the series' initial air date on January 9.

Having hit the headlines earlier this year over former judge Sir Tom Jones' unceremonious sacking, the show also hit headlines as ITV swooped in to take the show onto its roster.

Announcing that the forthcoming series would be the last that it would, the BBC released a statement in November explaining the move.

It said: 'We always said we wouldn't get into a bidding war or pay inflated prices to keep the show, and it's a testament to how the BBC has built the programme up - and established it into a mainstay of the Saturday night schedule - that another broadcaster has poached it.'

Also joining the judges at the launch were the show's presenters Emma Willis and Marvin Humes.

Looking immaculate as always, 38-year-old Emma covered up her blossoming baby bump in a  two tone midi dress which featured a ruffled panel design and pussy bow collar.

Marvin meanwhile kept to a smart-casual dress code, donning a black shirt and trousers which he paired with some dark tan boots and a skull-print scarf.
