Be the lady in red like Adele in her Lanvin coat

Adele seems to be all over the place right now, jetting around the world promoting her new and highly anticipated album '25'. The singer/songwriter is being interviewed and papped constantly now she's back in the limelight, but all her promotion has paid off because her single Hello went straight to number one and her album is already well on track to take the title too.

But just because Adele has been busy, doesn't mean she hasn't had time to preen herself. The star has been looking more fabulous than ever and her fashion has been beautifully on point. She's stepped out recently in the likes of Temperley and one of the Duchess of Cambridge's favorite designers - Jenny Packham.

Here in New York City however, the singer donned a red belted coat by Lanvin. The piece featured cool fringing on the edge of the lapels and the contrasting black rope belt nips the wearer in at the waist. If you want to steal Adele's style, click right to buy it now at Net-a-Porter. Even in the sale at $1461, it is out of most people's budget, so head below for more reasonably priced offerings.

Speaking about her thought process when writing a record, she explained: 'Privacy is key to being able to write a real record, whether people like it or not,” she said.

'My life has changed so much, but I’ve made the realest record I can make, and it’s the real part of me. How am I supposed to write a real record if I’m waiting for half a million likes on a f—king photo? That ain’t real.'

The interview also saw Adele reveal that her son Angelo helps to keep her grounded, despite her previous fears that she would not be able to balance motherhood with a successful music career.

'The other day I was saying, "Oh God, I’m finding this really hard again with a kid." I have no time for myself because in between doing this, all my spare time is with him. But then I realized, he’s been keeping me totally cool and calm about the whole thing,' she dished.
