'We did many takes': Mark Wahlberg says he did 700 one-arm pull-ups as he shows off impressive physique in Daddy's Home
He is in very impressive shape for being in his Forties.
And Mark Wahlberg proved that his muscles aren't just for show.
The 44-year-old actor claimed that he did about 700 one-arm pull-ups while shooting a scene from his upcoming flick Daddy's Home.
In the trailer from the upcoming flick, Mark could be seen showing off his buff physique while performing the impressive physical act.

The Planet Of The Apes actor discussed the shoot as he told E! News on Monday 'I did probably about 700 that day.
'We did many takes from many angles.'
Though the feat does seem very impressive, he did fess up to having a 'gentleman underneath' to help him out during filming.

He explained: 'They didn't want me to sound like I was giving an effort whatsoever so I'm talking very calmly during the push-ups and the pull-ups.'
Mark once again put his ripped physique on show during an outing with wife Rhea Durham on Wednesday.
His bulging pecs could be seen right through his grey Jordan Brand long-sleeve top while carrying a bag of pricey purchases from luxury watch brand Rolex.
The Boogie Nights star also sported a black baseball cap from his brand Today I Can Do Anything, baggy black trousers and black Air Jordan XI 72-10 trainers.

His 37-year-old model wife was casual chic in a burgundy puffer jacket over a grey top, black sweats and matching trainers.
Mark plays the rebellious and freeloading father who competes for the affection of his children with their mild-mannered radio executive stepdad, played by Will Ferrell, in the new comedy.
Linda Cardellini, Hannibal Burress, Bill Burr, Thomas Haden Church, Scarlett Estevez, Bobby Cannavale and Owen Vaccaro all star.
Daddy's Home, directed by Sean Anders, is set for release on Christmas Day in the US.
